Built by the
Italian shipyard Benetti in 2008, Andreas L takes all the elegance and luxury
extras that stand out by his sister ships to a bit more contemporary. With a
steel body and aluminum superstructure, Benetti has an exterior design, while
the interior is the work of Redman Whiteley Dixon. This impressive ship
measures 60 meters and can accommodate up to 12 people. Silk cushions cover
elegance while Roman shades of earth color cover windows.
The upper hall
offers spectacular views with its rectangular windows, and features a bar, a
game table, lounge and armchairs, and a large coffee table, all surrounded by
dark wooden floors and striped carpets. The deck also houses a bar, a game
table and a sky lounge with sofas.
It is hard to
ignore the sunbathing glitch on Andreas L, perhaps with three underwater
leather bar stools and a large Jacuzzi with color-changing lights that turn
water from deep greens to shocking pink. For relaxation, sun loungers are next
to a lounge and dining area. There is also an air-conditioned gym at the deck
center. As a real sun terrace, the region does not host permanent biminis, but
has a lot of moving umbrellas.
The interior theme
of Andreas L is classically modern, made of mid-toned hardwood and contrasted
in darker tones in furniture and door frames. Intelligent black marble has been
used to emphasize certain areas of the spacious interior.
